Embedded Software Engineer (Robotics)

Concord, MA - Full-time position

Salary range: $145,000 - $180,000

Responsibilities:

•\tDevelop software applications on embedded Linux systems.

•\tDevelop and optimize Computer Vision (CV) algorithms and Machine Learning (ML) models on embedded processors.

Basic Qualifications:

•\tBA/BS/MS/PhD in computer science, computer engineering or related discipline.

•\t4+ years of professional software development experience.

•\tStrong development experience in C++ and Python on Linux platforms

•\tExperience with sensor applications, including but not limited to sensor data processing, sensor fusion, computer vision.

•\tExperience with embedded systems, including but not limited to ARM CPUs.

•\tDesire to work in a fast-paced environment.

•\tExcellent oral and written communication skills.

•\tExcellent leadership, teamwork and collaboration skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

•\tExperience with DSP and GPU computing, familiar with CUDA, OpenCL highly preferred

•\tExperience with Nvidia Jetson

•\tExperience with sensors, including but not limited to camera, stereo camera, time-of-flight sensor, Radar, and Lidar.

•\tExperience with ISP processing and tuning such as de-noise, lens shading correction.

•\tExperience optimizing ML models on CUDA GPU or other embedded build in hardware accelerators.

•\tExperience with PyTorch, TensorFlow Python libraries

•\tExperience with GCC compilers

•\tFamiliar with computer network, UDP/TCP/IP

Fast paced environment - strong communication and problem solving initiative is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
