**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Coordinator to support our education facilities' maintenance operations. The CMMS Coordinator will manage the digital system used to plan, track, and optimize facility maintenance activities, ensuring timely and efficient management of work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset tracking. This role is integral to maintaining a safe and efficient learning environment for students and staff.
**Pay: $23.17/hr**

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **CMMS Administration:**
2. **Manage and maintain the CMMS database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records for assets, equipment, maintenance schedules, and work orders.**
3. **Enter, update, and track work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset information.**
4. **Work Order Management:**
5. **Receive, prioritize, and assign maintenance requests through the CMMS platform to appropriate staff or contractors.**
6. **Monitor work order completion, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are resolved promptly.**
7. **Preventive Maintenance:**
8. **Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical systems and equipment, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.**
9. **Track compliance and ensure all scheduled maintenance is completed on time.**
10. **Asset Management:**
11. **Maintain an accurate inventory of facility assets, including equipment, parts, and tools.**
12. **Ensure proper documentation of asset lifecycles, repairs, and replacements.**
13. **Reporting and Analysis:**
14. **Generate reports from the CMMS to track maintenance trends, resource utilization, and performance metrics.**
15. **Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and enhanced maintenance efficiency.**
16. **Team Collaboration and Training:**
17. **Work closely with maintenance staff, custodial teams, and administration to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption.**
18. **Train staff on proper use of the CMMS system and provide ongoing support as needed.**
19. **Compliance and Safety:**
20. **Ensure maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.**
21. **Support documentation requirements for audits, inspections, and safety protocols.**
**Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in facilities management, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
+ **Experience:**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supporting a CMMS platform in a facilities management or maintenance environment.
+ Experience in the education sector is a plus.
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Proficiency in using CMMS platforms (e.g., FacilityDude, TMA Systems, SchoolDude, or similar software).
+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ **Soft Skills:**
+ Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to work in an office setting with occasional site visits to school facilities.
+ May involve light lifting, walking, and climbing to inspect equipment or verify asset data.
**Work Environment:**
This position operates within an educational setting, requiring the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. Occasional evening or weekend work may be necessary to address system updates or emergency maintenance coordination.
