We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** **Vaxcom Services (a Parsons Company) is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to support our Sponsor’s dynamic, challenging, and evolving mission requirements as a member of the COMSEC Audit Team** **Responsibilities:** COMSEC Auditors perform a variety of duties utilizing subject matter expertise and advanced knowledge in order to confirm compliance with Organization policies, regulatory requirements, and other National Security Mandates governing multiple aspects of communications security. Audit Team Members conduct multiple reviews of Sponsor owned or administered COMSEC accounts primarily within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). In addition, they will be required to conduct COMSEC audits at domestic sites within the United States, and occasionally overseas as needed. They are required to accurately communicate their findings with Sponsor and Corporate management, COMSEC Custodians, and Account Managers in both verbal and written forms and enter COMSEC incident data in National Databases if necessary. Auditors are required to support internal COMSEC training courses, provide overview briefings to visiting groups, and provide technical customer service support to stakeholders requiring assistance. **_A positive attitude with outstanding work ethic and attention to detail is critical to success in this position._** **This position requires a current/active TOP SECRET security clearance with FULL SCOPE polygraph** **The** **Selected Candidate:** + Must be able to work independently in an extremely fast paced environment in support of a high priority, evolving, and expanding Program + Must be a strong team player with exceptional customer service and communication (written and verbal) skills + Will virtually conduct/assist with COMSEC audits for overseas accounts + Will Travel within the domestic United States 3-4 times per year conducting Domestic Audits + Will coordinate with Program Leadership, affected account owners, COMSEC custodians, and security adjudicators in the investigation and disposition of COMSEC incidents + Will conduct technical device processes including fill device uploads and audit trail reviews + Will conduct technical device evaluations and reviews in support of Audit requirements and document results upon completion + Will respond to Sponsor’s ad hoc needs and take lead for developing necessary response strategies + Should have basic, working level, understanding of COMSEC processes and procedures or be willing to learn. Previous experience as a cryptographic custodian, utilizing CARDS and/or iApp databases is desired. **A breakdown of functional roles as a percentage of job duties is outlined below:** + Administrative (completing Audit documentation; case review, coordination and management; technical device review; etc.) - 50% + Travel (WMA) - 30% + Travel (Domestic US) - 10% + Customer Service (Teaching, briefing, calls, etc.) -5% + Ad Hoc Customer Requirements - 3% + Travel (Overseas) - 2% **Required Qualifications:** + Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph + Associates degree or higher or four (4) years minimum experience in a technical or COMSEC related field + One (1) year hands-on working experience with the use and operation of various COMSEC end crypto units (ECU) and various crypto fill devices + Ability to qualify for overseas travel through the Sponsor’s medical screening program + Previous experience providing briefings to large and small audiences with varying levels of expertise + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer usage in an office environment _This position is part of our Federal Solutions team. ​_ **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
