For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: http://www.levyrestaurants.com/who-we-are/ Job Summary * Performs other duties as assigned. * Communicates to staff regularly, both formally and informally. * Monitors staff daily to ensure all systems, protocols and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly. * Print all necessary paperwork for event folders and making sure they are ready for the events (in advance) * Printing all Stand/Bar paperwork * Track daily attendance and tardies (when time to issue discipline let the Manager know) * Postings and updating information boards * Tracking requests off * Posting event information on the boards * Posting monthly calendars * Handling team member concerns, issues, and questions * Stocking/maintaining office kitchen, working w/ warehouse to order what is needed * Assist managers w/ day to day tasks as needed * Tip Pool tracking and updating * Assisting in checking in and out of team members * Making sure monthly sanitation topic sheets have been completed * Assists managers on floor and in stands when needed *Important note: This position is an evening event based schedule. * Apply to Levy today!
