They will ensure that staff is properly trained and will assist them as needed. **Responsibilities** + Obtain a working knowledge of all Stadium and Arena Concessions policy and procedures with the ability to communicate and train effectively to staff and NPO groups + Responsible to meet with staff and non-profit groups to review the details of the event + Check all staff is following along with proper dress code, ensuring that personal hygiene and appearance is meeting our standards in attire and appearance. + Ensure that all of the University’s concession stands meet the requirements of the Board of Health + Will build and maintain attractive displays of products sold in respective stands + Conduct walk through after events to ensure all areas have followed the closing procedures + All other duties as assigned. Physical Demands: + Exposed to continuous walking, standing, and twisting + Exposed to intermittent bending, squatting, kneeling and climbing stairs + Must be able to work in outside conditions, including snow, rain, wind, and heat **Minimum Qualifications** One year customer service or related experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); demonstrated human relations and effective communications skills; and basic computer skills required.
