DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage
REPORTS TO: Food & Beverage Banquet or Concession Manager
FLSA STATUS: Part-time/On call, hourly, Non-Exempt
Summary
Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, food preparation, assist in preparing location and area for day to day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area.Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times.Follow rules and regulations of ASM Global Food & Beverage.Provide great customer service.Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.Skills and Abilities
Ability to get along well with othersBasic working knowledge of food and beverageBasic math ability to accurately count and handle money.Basic food preparation.Positive attitude and neat appearance.Ability to receive and carry out instructions in a timely mannerPositive customer service oriented attitude at all timesAttention to detailMust be able to work standing for the duration of shiftMust speak and understand English.Other Qualifications
Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays in addition to normal business hours.
