Sodexo is seeking a Concessions Manager at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. This position will oversee all aspects of the concessions operations for WVU Athletic venues operated by Sodexo. The venues include: Milan Puskar Stadium (football), the Coliseum (indoor arena), Dick Dlesk Soccer Stadium, and Wagener Field at Kendrick Family Ballpark (baseball).

What You'll Do Utilizes Sodexo resources, systems, and programs to direct daily operations including; food production, stand inventory, product deliveries, invoices, and procurement operations.Directs daily operations in a concessions account/unit to ensure employees, NPO (non-profit organizations) groups, and 3rd party vendors (if applicable) have appropriate equipment, supplies, and resources to perform their jobs and meet goals, cost controls, and deadlines as assigned.Ensures that concessions area, equipment and storage facilities are sanitary, neat and organized.Drives a Zero Harm mindset by maintaining a safe work environment including both food and physical safety in order to comply with all regulatory and Sodexo standards.Complies with budget requirements by controlling costs (i.e. labor, inventory, equipment, materials) and making adjustments when necessarySupervises employees, NPO groups and 3rd party vendors by delegating, assigning and prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards to ensures that employees demonstrate an active customer hospitality orientation toward customers and clients.
