Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Preforms end-of day- accounting data entry, reconciliation and balancing concession stands. * Process lead check out paperwork. * Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. * Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. * Initiates recounts of inventory during nightly audits * Working on non-event days for inventory and/or special events. * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Minimum of one year leadership experience. * Must be able to pass a background check * Basic math skills * Experience using POS programs and Microsoft Excel * Demonstrates professional maturity at all times * Interpersonal and communication skills * Familiarity with customer service principles * The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
