As a Stand Lead, you would be responsible for the successful operation of a concession stand to which and supervising staff. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Sells concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to spectators at events. + Takes inventory of supplies and equipment; maintains stock at required operational level. + Trains stand attendants. + Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations. + Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others. + Ensures team members are receiving breaks. + Performs other duties as assigned. Skills + Thrive in fast-paced environments: During game days and events, you'll need to think on your feet and work efficiently under pressure. + Collaborate: Work alongside talented kitchen staff and cashiers to service our fans. + Maintain High Standards: Uphold our commitment to food and alcohol safety, cleanliness, and organization, ensuring a seamless operation. + Supervisor / Management experience a plus.
