Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours. + Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs. + Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. + Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. + Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Must be TABC and Serv Safe Certified (Food Handler's Certificate) + This position requires stooping and lifting up to 50 lbs, substantial standing and walking, and ability to count and accurately handle credit transactions. Job Summary Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste. + Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized. + Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate. + Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations. + Performs other duties as assigned.
