You will work alongside Guest Service Representatives, Levy Restaurants staff, and E15 group to deliver the best customer experience for guests. As a Concessions Technology and Operations Supervisor, you will be a leader and main point of contact for the Concessions Technology and Operations Internship team. You will help oversee intern training of the Member Inclusive Menu, day-to-day operations for the internship and direct interns during set up and game days. With your customer service savvy and empathetic personality, you will be a critical part of the guest experience revolution and contribute to the success of the mobile ordering experience - integrating cutting-edge technology into a next generation sports venue. Responsibilities and Duties: + Manage and train a team of 8-75 Concessions Technology and Operations interns during an event and event set up days + Be a subject matter expert on the 49ers mobile app functionality (ticketing login, ordering food & beverage, managing wallet, etc.) and provide public assistance with the app + Assist in preparing the concourse/clubs prior to events (i.e. creating concession stand line queues/stanchioning, preparing stanchion and counter toppers and signage, checking and troubleshooting issues with menu boards, kiosks, handhelds, POS, etc.) + Maintain inventory of intern supplies + Post event recap presentation decks and presenting it to management teams + Develop standard operating procedures for interns + Help in the facilitation of new technology pilots + Collect refund requests and operations tickets and organize them in databases + Greet, assist, and communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner + Work cooperatively with all team members across all departments + Be alert for safety issues and opportunities to make positive lasting memories for all of our guests + Provide feedback of stadium technology based on personal experiences and guest interactions + Deliver upon the Levi’s Stadium’s Core Values, Common Purpose, and Service Promise + Other duties as assigned Required Abilities and Skills: + Work all 49ers home games and large events at Levi’s Stadium as needed + Additional dates may be required as needed. + Strong knowledge of smartphone functionality (both Android and iOS), Slack, Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Google Workplace Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Gmail and Drive) + Strong organizational skills preferred + Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues + Excellent people skills and a knack for problem solving + A service-oriented approach in all interactions with guests, corporate partners, and fellow team members + Strong technical proficiency and enthusiasm for cutting-edge mobile technology + Work well as part of a large team in a fast-paced environment + Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred + Previous leadership experience is a plus + Must be at least 18 years of age Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
