Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort is committed to providing an exceptional experience for all guests — from check-in to departure. We are currently searching for a reliable, customer-oriented hotel concierge to contribute to our mission with confidence and professionalism. As the Resort’s Concierge, you are primarily responsible for arranging accommodations, recommending local dining and entertainment, and making reservations. Our ideal candidate tends to guests’ needs and exceeds expectations with a confident, patient, and helpful attitude.  

 

Objectives

Respond to front desk inquiries by providing information about the hotel’s services Coordinate transportation, events, and other accommodations for optimal customer satisfaction Organize and develop recommendations for “Things To Do” in the surrounding areas Shuttle guests around the resort on one of the multi-seat golf carts, per request Assist in shuttling wedding guests to ceremony and receptions Shuttle guests to and from local shopping areas Address guest complaints and implement appropriate solutions to maintain a positive rapport Foster a high-quality hospitality environment that leads to repeat business

 

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls, emails and other messages Record incoming and outgoing deliveries for guests and groups Listen and empathize with guests’ concerns and report to management Provide luggage or check-in assistance when needed Greet guests at the entrance of clubhouse, verify appointments or reservations Recommend local establishments for food and entertainment based on guests’ interests

 

Skills and Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated work experience in the hospitality / customer service industry Working knowledge of reservation management software Clear customer service skills that demonstrate measurable results Willingness to learn about local attractions, events and dining options Ability to work flexible hours / days

 

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of best practices in hotels / customer service Solution-oriented mindset when addressing day to day issues Exceptional organizational skills

This is a non-exempt, full-time position that answers to the Guest Services Manager.  

Must have a valid drivers license without any moving violations in the past three years.
