As a Concierge at Wesley Acres, you will:

Serve as the primary contact person at the front desk of the community Provide exceptional customer experience through your phone contact and in-person services for guests, residents, clients and team members Answer phones, greet visitors, answer resident questions, take reservations for our bed and breakfast. You will directly impact the success of our team, and our community, as you will often be the first impression of our organization. You will have the opportunity to proactively address the needs of customers and use your create customer service skills to "surprise and delight".

Every other Saturday and Sunday, 9am-3pm
