\n\nGreet and assist residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.\nHandle inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously.\nMaintain a clean and organized front desk area.\nMonitor and control access to the residential community.\nAnswer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.\n\n RequirementsRequirements:
\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).\nAt least one year of directly related or closely related experience.\nAble to work effectively with others in person and in group setting.\nAble to communicate effectively and professionally on phone, email, and in-person.\nMust be able to operate general office equipment (copies, fax, phone system, etc.).\nProfessional Customer service skills.\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n\n#LI-MA1
