As a Concierge at The Jefferson you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our residents and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, providing assistance, information, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome residents and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Provide information about our products/services and answer inquiries. Assist with mail and packages, reservations of common areas at the property, etc. Handle phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department. Manage and maintain a clean and organized lobby or reception area. Coordinate and assist with special requests and arrangements. Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information. Address and resolve resident concerns or issues promptly.
