The Terraces at Bonita Springs is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Concierge / Receptionist position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Bonita Springs, FL.
Job Type: Part-Time
Shift: Day; weekends
In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, checking in packages and mail, and responding to resident needs for special arrangements or services (transportation, housekeeping, and/or maintenance requests).
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
High school diploma or equivalentExperience in customer service, preferably in a senior living settingAvailability to work on weekends
