\n \n Job Description
A concierge is a customer service employee who works in a high rise community. They are the visible point person for the business enterprise and are there to be available to guests/customers at all times. They are considered to be upscale, high-end information desk employees. The concierge will need a strong familiarity with the surrounding area to provide directions. The concierge also performs other services for residents, which may involve tasks such as receiving packages at the front desk for a resident, or ensuring that a resident’s dry cleaning is picked up or dropped off.
\nJob duties and responsibilities
\nDuties include but are not limited to:
\n\nWelcomes guests/new customers to facility.\nPerforms various administrative/managerial tasks in support of facility's mission.\nCreates a positive experience for guests by attending to needs and answering questions.\nCreate reservations for using building amenities for residents.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nKnowledge and skills
\n\nKnowledge of microsoft office products (word, excel, outlook, etc.) At a proficient level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n\n RequirementsEducation and experience
\n\nHigh school diploma or ged required\n1 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience\n\nWorking conditions
\n\nNon-typical office environment (frequent standing, walking, talking, etc.), both inside activities\nAnd outside activities.\nOvertime may be required (on-call, weekends, 24hr emergency, etc.)\nFrequent social interaction\n\n\nPhysical demands
