Description:
Providing best-in-class service to all clients, our Client Care Representatives – Level 1 act as the voice of Arhaus as they field real-time calls from clients all over the country. Ideal candidates are caring and compassionate, enthusiastic, solutions-oriented and committed to providing outstanding service to all our clients. This position is located onsite at our Corporate Office in Boston Heights, Ohio and offers varied shifts and schedules.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
CLIENT SERVICES
· Engage with clients in a timely manner by providing critical service and product information, ensuring we exceed their expectations
o Ticket overview includes but not limited to: General Inquiries, Email Suppression, Presale, Fulfillment, Tech / Account Issues
o Triages clients through smooth transitions to appropriate team member / department
· Responsible for scheduling delivery of orders for Stores and Web Sales
o Securing payment on open orders before scheduling
o Thorough understanding of delivery scheduling tool and knowledge of route codes
· Supports one Territory as primary, cross-trained in other Territories
· Communicates across Client Services team to identify and trouble shoot issues
· Provides trends and potential issues to Head of Client Services
· Other duties as assigned
COMPENSATION
· Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
· Bonus: If achieved, eligible for Client Services Bonus
SCHEDULING
· Shifts available: 10:30am to 7:00pm rotating Saturdays 9:00pm to 5:30pm
· Schedule will be set, with rotating weekends
· Willing to work overtime as needed
Requirements:
· High School diploma or equivalent required
· 6+months experience within a customer-service focused environment (such as a call center, retail, hospitality, or food/beverage) is preferred
· Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance (proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred)
· Excellent communication, problem solving and follow up skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while demonstrating prioritization skills and a high sense of urgency
· Takes on difficult challenges and finds creative solutions
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
