Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Concierge to join our team in Victor, United States. As a Concierge, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.

Greet and assist guests, visitors, and residents with a warm and welcoming demeanorProvide information about local attractions, restaurants, and servicesHandle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficientlyManage reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainmentCoordinate with various departments to fulfill guest needsMonitor building security and safety systemsProcess and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveriesMaintain accurate records and logs of guest interactions and requestsAssist with administrative tasks as neededCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless service deliveryStay informed about local events and attractions to provide up-to-date recommendations$16-$18 hourly

QualificationsExcellent communication skills with fluency in EnglishStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanorProficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisionsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysKnowledge of the local area and attractions in Victor and surrounding regionsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPrevious experience in hospitality or customer service is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus
