The Concierge is responsible for welcoming, providing assistance and addressing inquiries and requests to residents, visitors and callers.
ResponsibilitiesActs as a primary link to the internal and external community, provides customer service and builds trusted and valued relations. Ensures procedures assigned to this location are followed. Assists with administration support for special requests and project if needed.
QualificationsQualifications Required
High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a customer service position.CPR certified.Qualifications Preferred
Experience within a health care environment.Experience operating a telecommunications center.
