The Concierge is often the initial contact and first impression that many people have of Grand Oaks. The concierge is responsible for greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages. The Concierge provides an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the Director of Community Sales and Executive Director in the marketing and sales effort. Other responsibilities include assisting the Business Manager with computer data entry, and other assigned general administrative duties as well as monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, cleanliness, music, and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere.

Rotating Shift, weekends required -
8am-4:30pm and 4:30pm-9pm
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Ability to handle multiple priorities. Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication. Demonstrates good organizational, time management skills, and follow through skills. Possess accurate record keeping skills. Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills. Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Grand Oaks applications with the ability to learn new applications. As applicable, all Grand Oaks team members who drive a Grand Oaks vehicle must review and sign the Driver job description and understand the key essential duties for safety and regulatory compliance.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma/GED preferred. Proven customer service experience and skills.
Salary Range: Minimum 20.00 per hour - Maximum 20.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
