The Concierge responds to a variety of requests in a timely and efficient manner by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Provides coaching and training on all processes and standards.
What you will do:
Handles wide variety of guest requests, handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism and accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.Maintain knowledge of activities are available in the city (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establish close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests.Maintain updated desk collateral and information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions.Utilize a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.Work closely with Front Desk, Reservations, Door Staff, Bell Staff and Valet Parking to assure smooth handling of guest arrivals and departures. Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of the lobby coverage and door.What you bring:
At least 2 years of Concierge experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.Extensive knowledge of the local area and attractions, restaurants, and special exhibits.Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of Opera and HotSOS preferred/is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.What we offer:

This role is a full-time, on-site role. Requires the flexibility to work a diverse schedule encompassing days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

$40.00 per hour
