Position Summary:
The main responsibility of the concierge staff is to meet, welcome, and direct every guest who enters the building. Concierge staff is the first point of contact with guests, and their primary responsibility exists to serve the guests first.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.Required Qualifications:
3 – 5 years of working in public settings as a receptionist, concierge or other guest contact experience required. Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients. Requires knowledge of handicap equipment (wheelchair, walker, crutches, etc.) and how to assist guests.
