Hilton Adelaide is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. From offering local recommendations to arranging transportation and handling guest inquiries, you'll ensure that every guest experience is seamless and memorable.

Hilton Adelaide is centrally located, overlooking Victoria Square. The hotel has 377 rooms ranging from guest rooms to the executive floor and suites. Hilton Adelaide offers unrivalled conference and events facilities comprising of 19 meeting rooms. It is the only 5-star hotel in Adelaide able to host 500 delegates to meet, eat and sleep, all under one roof.

 What You'll be doing

\n\nProvide personalised recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment to enhance the guest experience\nAssist guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests\nHandle guest inquiries with professionalism, ensuring each guest’s needs are met in a timely manner\nProcess and deliver messages for Guests\nPerform valet duties, including greeting guests, assisting with parking, and retrieving vehicles upon request\nCoordinate and arrange services such as luggage handling, wake-up calls, and more\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, policies, and local events\nProvide support to Management as required, in cases of emergency\nCollaborate with hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience, from check-in to check-out\nHandle guest feedback and concerns, resolving issues quickly and efficiently\nAssist with VIP guest services and special requests to create memorable experiences\n

What We're Looking For

\n\nPrevious experience in a concierge or customer service role (hospitality or similar industry preferred)\nA current, valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a variety of vehicles (manual driving experience is highly regarded)\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail\nA passion for providing exceptional guest service and going above and beyond for guests\nAbility to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment\nFlexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed\nPrevious experience driving cars, including valet service and driving in a fast-paced environment, highly regarded\n\n
