Key Accountabilities:
Handles any guest enquiries regarding the city, restaurants, events, and attractions Assists guests on transportation and flight arrangements Handles all incoming couriers and mails on behalf of our guests Ensures the highest degree of guest satisfaction which is well reflected in Forbes, LQA and The Peninsula Standard
General Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry Hands-on experience with MS Office and PMS systems Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese Excellent customer interaction skills Passionate for luxury and service
