This position is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our clients and employees. Key Responsibilities:       •     Janitorial Duties:       ◦     Clean and maintain conference rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.       ◦     Ensure all equipment and furniture are in good condition and properly arranged.       ◦     Monitor supplies and order cleaning materials as needed.       •     Food Ordering:       ◦     Coordinate food and beverage orders for meetings and events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.       ◦     Liaise with catering services and vendors to fulfill client requirements and preferences.       ◦     Maintain an organized inventory of catering supplies and equipment.       •     Customer Service:       ◦     Provide excellent service to clients and staff, addressing any requests or concerns promptly.       ◦     Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings.       •     Reporting:       ◦     Keep accurate records of cleaning schedules and food orders.       ◦     Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to the appropriate department.
