Overview Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and provide a personalized welcome to all visitors in the concierge lounge. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options. Prepare and serve complimentary food and beverages in the lounge, adhering to health and safety standards. Monitor the lounge for cleanliness and organization, ensuring a comfortable environment for guests. Handle guest requests promptly, including special arrangements, reservations, and transportation. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, events, and promotions. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Address any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Assist in managing inventory and supplies for the concierge lounge. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or related degree preferred. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment, preferably in a concierge or lounge role. Excellent communication and interpersonal Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Must be able to move around the hotel and access various areas as needed.
