Our Lobby staff monitors all visitors, packages and maintains the lobby and main entrance appearance. Core Responsibilities: Enter packages and deliveries into Yardi system for tracking purposes Organize Package Room to prepare for distribution Organize Packages on Valet Cart for In-Home Delivery by porters Provides Concierge coverage as needed Point Person to retrieve and hand out packages to Owners Amenity Space Runner: setup golf and meeting rooms for residents, trouble shoot other areas as needed When not covering desk or packages – stand /open lobby door / greet Owners/Visitors In-Home delivery point person: escort delivery staff/furniture/open Apt door etc. WORK SCHEDULE: Saturday's - Wednesday's (2:30pm - 11:00pm) DAYS OFF: Thursday's and Friday's Compensation: $28.77/h (Full union rate) Benefits: Local 32BJ Benefits #LI-NG1 #RMC Qualifications # REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of an accredited college or university, preferred. 1-2 years’ experience in the hotel, hospitality, and service industries. Positive, outgoing, and attentive demeanor. Strong oral, listening, organizational skills, and written including proficient word processing and strong computer knowledge including programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to demonstrate a history of proven reliability and consistency. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to work 8 hour shifts Must be available to work late at night or early in the morning and overtime when required. Must be comfortable working with, and around, large groups of people.
