Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

THE JOB:

As a Concierge at the iconic MGM Grand Las Vegas, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

STARTING RATE: $19.00 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Efficiently handle guest requests via phone, face-to-face, text, email, or fax, promoting and upselling MGM Resorts amenities, rooms, restaurants, shows, cabanas, retail outlets, M life, casino events, and property promotions.

Swiftly resolve guest conflicts, anticipating and addressing potential challenges to ensure satisfaction.

Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and guests, acting as a brand ambassador.

Multitask across up to 26 operating systems to fulfill guest requests promptly.

Continuously update knowledge of citywide offerings and network within the hospitality community.

Stay informed on departmental policies and procedures to facilitate venue bookings.

Assist with guest check-in/out procedures and ensure proper room setup.

Possess extensive knowledge of activities and services such as nightlife and spa services, with responsibilities spanning in-person and call center interactions for multiple MGM properties.

Preform other job-related duties as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday.

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED:

Previous experience in customer service roles.

Previous experience in sales and/or hospitality.

Proficiency in navigating Microsoft Office and POS software desirable.

Bilingual skills.
