Adamas Building Services is looking for four exceptional Concierges (Part-Time) with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Long Branch and Monmouth Beach locations. Shifts: (2) Friday and Saturday 11pm-7am (1) Friday Saturday 3pm-11pm (1) Saturday 7am-3pm Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas including, but not limited to: + Excellent customer service skills + Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit. + Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination + Check-in and announce incoming guests. + Receiving packages and deliveries + Resolve complaints from residents/guests. + Perform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc. + Folding and washing towels + Light organization/cleaning of assigned work area. Requirements: + MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION + Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experience + Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment. + Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality. + Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds. + Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours. + Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc. + Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours. + Must pass comprehensive background checks. + Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company.
