Position Title: Concierge Supervisor Department: Guest Services Reports to: Guest Services Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt / Part-Time Hourly Minimum Pay Rate: $17.50/hour Maximum Pay Rate: $17.50/hour POSITION SUMMARY Represents the facility as initial contact for the general public during events. Supervises Guest Services breaks and/or meal period schedules to assure staff is relieved as needed. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES + Listen attentively to questions, concerns or suggestions and be prepared to answer questions as needed. + Assist guests with seating problems and/or complaints. + Assist with staff breaks. + All other duties and responsibilities as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES + Must be able to work in a fast paced, diverse environment. + Convey strong verbal & interpersonal skills + Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others in both oral and written form. + Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur. + Must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekend and/or holidays as needed. + Ability to deal tactfully in stressful situations and stay calm under pressure. + Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED; and at least one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
