Concrete Assistant Project Manager
MAU is hiring a Concrete Assistant Project Manager for Landmark Construction in Charleston, SC. As a Concrete Assistant Project Manager, you will oversee on-site administrative and technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring employee safety, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and maintaining project quality and efficiency. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Benefits Package 401k matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Shift Information Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred 1–5 years of construction experience at the Assistant Project Manager level or equivalent General Requirements CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification are preferred A 3-year MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) will be reviewed for eligibility to drive company vehicles under insurer guidelines Strong communication skills, effective time management, and a positive attitude are essential A TWIC card may be required for specific projects Essential Functions Prioritize employee safety as the top priority every day Oversee on-site administrative and technical management of construction projects Report directly to the Senior Concrete Project Manager, who sets work hours Manage budgets, project planning, schedules, estimates, labor, quality, cash flow, and customer service Collaborate with engineers, owners, and subcontractors to accomplish project goals Plan weekly needs, services, and repairs in advance Schedule equipment, material requirements, and subcontractors Request and oversee inspections Maintain and address ongoing project punch lists
