**Job Description** Contractors will conduct general labor work up to finishing. Responsibilities include pouring concrete, setting forms, and finishing tasks. Duties also involve site prep, rebar installation, minimal form setting, and concrete pouring. Use of a bull float and power concrete screed is required. **Work Environment** Each work environment is different as job sites change often. Candidates will meet the team on-site unless the job requires lengthy travel outside the valley. Projects are primarily new-build custom mansion homes (85%), with some commercial work. Every pour is different and complex. **Qualifications** 2 year min, 4 years would be great for what they need experience wise of flat concrete finishing (they could take 1-2 that have more of just a concrete labor or construction labor, but for the most part want finishing experience. - General labor experience in a commercial/residential concrete construction setting is preferred. - Ideal candidate has experience with concrete pouring, setting, putting forms up and finishing - Foreman experience is not required but would consider someone higher level - Candidate must be comfortable with travelling to and from the job site every day (this is non-negotiable) Most jobs are in Cave Creek/Scottsdale area. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
