**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a lead or foreman candidate with experience in either the concrete field or carpentry field. All job sites are large, new construction sites. We have three large projects starting right now throughout the region and more breaking ground in the coming months. Candidates must be able to work at each of the sites if needed. Our projects focus on multi-family apartment complexes and large commercial office buildings. The job sites are 100% unoccupied, new construction, and we are a non-union merit-based general contractor. Current job sites are located in West, Central, and East regions. All candidates must have reliable transportation to each of the sites if needed. While it is uncommon to move to different sites, candidates must be able to do so if required. Standard hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of staying later if needed. The start time can change throughout the year depending on the sunrise. Typical pay structure for foremen ranges from $26-35 per hour, depending on skills and experience on commercial job sites. **Hard Skills** + Trim Carpentry + Construction + Hand Tools **Job Type** This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Madison, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** Commercial Construction. Work in all types of weather and conditions. Non-union general contractor performing all carpentry and concrete and managing the construction process. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) includes hard hats, high visibility vests, safety glasses, and covered work boots. Standard working hours are from 6:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Some Saturday work may be required from 6:30/7:00 AM to 12:00/3:00 PM.
