**Job Title: Concrete Finisher** **Pay: $32-$38 per hour (based on experience). Weekly pay with overtime after 40 hours.** **Job Description:** + Forming various structures such as sidewalks, entries, pedestrian ramps, steps, and more. + Pouring and finishing concrete to ensure a smooth and durable surface. + Performing all aspects of labor involved in concrete work, including preparation and cleanup. + Carrying out other duties as assigned by the supervisor. **Job Requirements:** + Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. + Proven experience in the set-up and finishing of all aspects of concrete work. + Comprehensive knowledge of all concrete finishing tools and their proper use. + Physical ability to handle the demands of construction work, including kneeling, bending, lifting, involvement in pouring concrete, using wheelbarrows, and shoveling. + Strong time management skills to organize tasks and complete work within set deadlines. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with team members and supervisors. + Ability to follow directions accurately and efficiently. + Must be reliable and punctual, showing up on time every day. + Preferred but not required: Possession of a Class A or B Commercial Driver's License and experience operating various equipment, including a skid loader. + Unrestricted ability to lift heavy objects as needed. **Benefits:** + 401(k) matching to help you save for retirement. + CDL program where the company covers the cost of obtaining a Commercial Driver's License. + Comprehensive dental insurance to maintain your oral health. + Health insurance to cover medical expenses. + Health savings account to save for future medical costs. + Paid holidays to enjoy time off with family and friends. + Life insurance to provide financial security for your loved ones. + Paid time off for vacation, personal days, and sick leave. + Referral program to earn rewards for bringing in new employees. + Vision insurance to take care of your eye health. **Work Environment** Work is primarily outdoors throughout both winter and summer. Foreman go to the shop at 530AM, finishers go to the jobsite at 6:30 AM, with work continuing until 3:30/5:30 PM.
