Things You’ll Do   + Align operations with company vision and priorities to meet financial goals. + Conduct audits to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks. + Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales and satisfaction. + Support Sales Representatives with tools and information to achieve targets. + Train, manage, and develop employees to optimize performance and engagement. + Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training and system improvements. + Foster a culture of safety and respond to incidents effectively. + Perform additional duties as needed.
