Hiring for **Concrete Patcher** to work inside of the plant. As a concrete patcher you'll play a key role in shaping and improving concrete products, with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where your skills are valued. Schedule: 6am-4pm Monday - Friday with OT opportunity **Key Responsibilities:** + **Surface Preparation:** Clean, cut, and remove damaged concrete from surfaces to prepare them for patching. + **Mixing and Application:** Prepare and apply patching materials according to industry standards and safety protocols. + **Quality Inspection:** Inspect repaired areas to ensure they meet quality standards, making necessary adjustments as needed. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time. + **Maintenance:** Keep tools and equipment in good working condition. + **Documentation:** Record work performed and materials used for project tracking. **Qualifications:** + Experience with concrete repair and finishing techniques. + Ability to operate hand and power tools, including grinders, drills, and saws. + Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. + Physical ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and stooping. + Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
