**Job Title:** Concrete and Paving Laborers **Location:** Casper, Wyoming **Job Type:** Full-Time **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM **Pay Range:** $18 - $22 per hour (based on experience) **Job Description:** Adecco is currently helping a local client in Casper, WY seeking motivated and reliable **Concrete and Paving Laborers** . If you have at least **6 months of experience** in concrete work, paving, or related fields, we want to hear from you! As a Concrete and Paving Laborer, you will assist with the preparation and installation of concrete and asphalt for a variety of construction projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. **Responsibilities:** + Assist in the preparation of surfaces for concrete and paving projects. + Mix, pour, and finish concrete and asphalt. + Operate hand tools and light machinery to support construction activities. + Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment. + Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Collaborate with other laborers and foremen to ensure project deadlines are met. + Perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and kneeling, as needed. **Requirements:** + **6 months of experience** in concrete, paving, or related construction fields. + Ability to work efficiently in all weather conditions. + Strong attention to detail and safety. + Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs). + Reliable transportation to and from the job site. + Willingness to work overtime, when required. + Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
