**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** **We are seeking dedicated Production Workers for our concrete plant. Responsibilities include setting, filling, and grating forms, as well as performing daily duties such as sweeping and maintaining a clean work area.** **Location:** Brighton, CO **Job Type:** Full Time **Shift:** Day Shift + Start time varies between 4-8 AM (10 hour days) + 4-10s (four 10 hour days) + Working overtime, including longer days and required Saturdays during the busy season (April-September) + Maintaining consistent hours throughout the year, with shutdowns only in extremely cold or snowy conditions **Union Benefits:** Eligible for union membership with excellent benefits after permanent hire **Key Responsibilities** + Setting, filling, and grating concrete forms + Sweeping and cleaning the work area daily + Anything else needed on the production yard. + Working in various weather conditions (hot and cold) **Qualifications** + Concrete experience is preferred + Ability to work in various weather conditions + Flexibility with start times and overtime + Strong work ethic and reliability + Willingness to train and adapt to the physicality of the job + Comfortable working in a dusty/dirty environment + Ability to work in various areas of the plant as needed + Good housekeeping and safety practices + Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
