Kimley-Horn is looking for a Business System Administrator for our Concur team to join us in our Reston, VA office. This is an in-office opportunity.
ResponsibilitiesThe Concur Business System Administrator will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing various levels of support for the company’s business applications focused on SAP Concur Expense, Invoice, and Reporting and including AppZen and associated in house developed applications. We are looking for an individual who is a problem-solver that can effectively communicate with others at all levels of the organization. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Day to day maintenance and administration support for the Concur system to meet the business needsCollaborating with Accounts Payable and other business teams on system configuration changes/updatesTrouble shooting and resolution user technical issuesManaging and maintaining requested enhancements and system improvementsIdentifying process improvement opportunities driving the continuous improvement of our business systems to support initiativesKeeping current on the latest releases and implement updatesRecommending innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasksCreating and maintaining reports in Concur IBM Cognos Qualifications 3+ years of SAP Concur experiencePossess strong oral and written communication skillsBe a confident self-starter who pays close attention to detail while working in an engaging, fast-paced environmentAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirementsExcellent customer service skills including initial contact through problem resolutionAbility to work in teams, manage projects and multitaskSolid understanding of finance and accounting functionsDemonstrated ability to improve processes and procedures in a complex business environmentConcur Expense International experience a plus Why Kimley-Horn?At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
