Description of Duties\:
The Condition Based Maintenance Technician supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will be performing condition-based maintenance for building mechanical/electrical systems. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of our equipment through advanced monitoring and diagnostic techniques utilizing predictive maintenance technologies such as thermography, ultrasound, and vibration analysis. You will work closely with the reliability engineering team to implement and improve our condition-based maintenance strategies.
· Will use the CMMS computerized maintenance management system to document work orders.
· Conduct regular inspections and tests using predictive maintenance technologies (thermography, ultrasound, vibration).
· Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and respond to equipment issues as needed.
· Work directly with Reliability Engineers to enhance the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program.
· Interpret data from predictive maintenance tools to identify potential equipment failures and recommend preventive actions.
· Assist in developing and optimizing the predictive maintenance program.
· Troubleshoot equipment issues identified through predictive maintenance activities.

*Basic Requirements\:
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience\: HS Diploma (or GED) and 8 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 6 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 2 years of general experience
· Must have 5 years of industrial and/or condition based maintenance experience.
· Computerized Maintenance Management System experience with Maximo, SAP or similar.
· Must have two of the following certifications and obtain the other certification within 6-months\:
o Thermography Lvl 1
o Ultrasound Lvl 1
o Vibration Analysis Lvl 1
· Must be able to write/create reports based on inspection findings.
· Must be able to climb a ladder and lift 40 pounds.
· Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Desired Requirements\:
· Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional certification.
· Maximo CMMS experience.
This position is expected to pay $86,500 - $111,500 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
