JLL seeks a dynamic Conference Center Concierge for a prestigious corporate environment in Charlotte. You'll manage bookings, curate events, and provide top-tier concierge services, creating lasting impressions for our high-profile client.

What will your day look like?
Assist clients in the planning and execution of their meetings in the conference center Conduct regular site inspections of the entire conference center, front and back of the house Direct and assist visitors with all their conference center needs Provide audio-visual support and assistance as requested Assist with conference room configurations Provide monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client, as requested Greet and welcome arriving guests and visitors, and store baggage, coats, umbrellas, etc. Announce arriving visitors and direct them as necessary.Offer beverage service and provide personal escort to conference rooms as needed.Assist with Food & Beverage setups and clean-ups Oversee daily concierge operations in the department Daily interaction with client and client’s guests and employees Comply with local and national codes and requirements for safety and sanitation levels in any areas of service Establish and maintain systems and procedures for ordering, receiving, and storing Conference Center and Food & Beverage supplies. Maintain the café stations as needed.Who we are looking for:
Required
2+ years of experience with events, concierge, booking systems, and hospitality.Outstanding customer service skills with the ability and confidence to communicate with customers at all levels.Computer literacyPreferred
Previous experience working within a high-profile corporate environmentFacilities Management exposureSchedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
