Job Description

This position is the gatekeeper to two main functions within Workplace Solutions, Scheduling Coordination and Workplace Solutions Center team. In this role, you will work closely and communicate daily with the team to ensure excellent customer service.

Scheduling:

Coordination of meeting/event space within McDonald’s Conference Center and Hamburger UniversityReserve Conference Center space in a timely manner through EMSWork closely with McDonald’s employee (customer) to schedule events, plan room setups, food and beverage options, help select catering menu, determine audio-visual needs.Work with the customer from start to finish with a high level of service.Superior multi-tasking skills, detail oriented, strong organizational skillsShow exemplary hospitality skills, a friendly, positive attitude, and be customer obsessed

Workplace Solutions Center:

Manage facility service requests and customer calls via Facility Services Portal and OutlookTrack customer issues/activities in WS platforms, schedule appropriate vendor resources and escalate service requests to the appropriate functional team within Workplace Solutions.Provide technical support for platforms and services provided by WS such as Room Finder and the facility portals.Resolve problems requiring advanced problem-solving abilityHave an understanding of Workplace Solutions products and services and navigate WS computerized data entry systems.Cultivate and maintain on-going customer relationships such as MHQ employees, WS functional teams, Home Office employees, Regional/Divisional staff, Workplace Solutions Vendors.Take on projects and other responsibilities based on the needs of the department and company

The expected salary range for this role is $26.59 – 31.91 / per hour
