Job Description

Reporting directly to the Conference & Events Manager, your strong administration skills and precise eye to detail will assist smooth running of our Conference and Events department.

What you'll be doing:

Assist in the preparation and follow up of conference proposals Assist with the formulation of quotations for conference proposals covering venue, function, menu and accommodation costsType correspondence and accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) Collaborate with multiple hotel departments ensure smooth running of daily operations
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous knowledge of function and/or events sales, ideally within the hospitality industry beneficialAbility to plan, prioritise and organise workflowStrong written and verbal communications skills with a keen eye and attention to detailGreat problem-solving & time management skillsA friendly, energetic personality with an ability to build rapport easily
