Job Summary:

As an On-site Conference Room Technician, you will provide daily support for conference room equipment at the client's locations. This role requires collaboration with the Exchange Administrator and Service Delivery Manager to ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of conference room IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily on-site support and management of conference room equipment. Collaborate with the Microsoft Teams Administrator to upgrade Logitech TAP devices and maintain Crestron systems. Perform IT system maintenance and support for conference rooms. Establish and follow policies, procedures, and best practices for conference room issue resolution. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly system checks.

Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Teams and Logitech TAP devices. Proficiency with Crestron conference room systems. Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
