This role involves managing procurement activities to ensure materials and goods are received on schedule while adjusting orders as needed to align with operational timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors to track order status, confirm deliveries, and address potential delays, as well as collaborating with internal teams to assess material needs and prioritize urgent requests. Maintaining strong supplier relationships is essential, along with resolving any discrepancies related to order fulfillment. Regular updates on procurement activities and potential challenges are expected, along with accurate record-keeping of transactions, confirmations, and in-transit goods.
