Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Configuration Analyst. Summary: In this role, the Configuration Analyst will be responsible for configuring rules and regulations within our system to ensure accurate claims processing. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare insurance, particularly in benefits configuration, and a strong understanding of claims processing systems. Experience with QNXT software is preferred, but candidates with similar system experience will also be considered. Responsibilities: * Configure rules, regulations, and system settings to ensure proper claims processing * Collaborate with the team to maintain and update system configurations as required * Build contracts, service groups, and CPT codes within the system * Conduct documentation and research to ensure accurate system configurations * Support audits and system updates to maintain compliance and efficiency
