What You Will Be Doing
As the you will be responsible for leading and coordinating configuration management activities to ensure the integrity and consistency of our products. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing and implementing changes that meet customer requirements and align with our configuration management policies.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading Configuration Change Board meetings and analyzing engineering change packages for technical and programmatic impacts
• Managing the Document Release process, Data Management, and Configuration Status Accounting
• Coordinating modification records for management control and establishing change orders
• Preparing reports on the effect of changes on overall product and system
• Reviewing and analyzing released engineering change data and coordinating changes with cross-functional teams
• Ensuring customer requirements are implemented and compliance with configuration management policies

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires an active Secret security clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Prior experience leading Configuration Change Board Meetings
Prior experience in data management, configuration status accounting and document release process.
Possess good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
Active Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Expertise in SAP.
- Expertise in document release in Windchill PLM and CDRL/SDRL processing.
- Familiarity with markings (including export control markings), formatting and handling of documentation. - Experience with SharePoint management and control
- Individual must be a self-starter, detail-oriented and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
