We are seeking a candidate with experience in Configuration Management and Data Management (CM/DM) processes, procedures, and tools. The candidate will be supporting the FBM program implementation of new and existing hardware and program Configuration documentation requirements. The candidate must have knowledge of the CM life-cycle activities and how to appropriately apply the principles of EIA 649.

As an FBM Configuration Management and Data Management Analyst, you will:
• Be expected to work closely with program leaders and multiple IPT groups to align the best unified solutions that meets contractual requirements.
• Work Production and Development on DoD Navy Contracts.
• Be responsible for release process of documentation, processing CDRLs/SDRLs in accordance with the Contract SOW, Subcontract’s SOWs, 1423s, and DD250s.
• Be responsible for data library configuration control. Candidate will support the FBM team members with markings, formatting, and handling of any documentation as necessary.
• Assist with Change Management on PDM systems in the areas of Engineering Review, Audit, and Release, Change Control including change board management and/or multi-discipline reviews.

This position also offers opportunities to provide CM/DM support in the preparation and integration of some specialized program activities to ensure compliance with existing CM procedures, processes, needed to create new and improved program metric data to help assess program health.
Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to execute, and adhere to contract, company, and/or government requirements/policies

• Demonstrated customer service skills

• Experience working in a collaborative environment with different groups to complete individual tasks in support of a shared goal or deadline

• Proficient with and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office

• FBM team receives tasking from various levels of management, and candidate must be receptive to assisting in all possible areas

• Able to maintain a document number system and providing document numbers as required

• US citizenship with ability to obtain Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of EIA-649, the National Consensus Standard for Configuration Management

• Understanding program compliance to CM/DM requirements for baseline control, document control and document release

• Experience with handling CDRL schedules, deliveries, and verification in accordance with contract requirements. Preparing data for archival and maintain archive records for retrieval as required

• Experience with Co-Chairing change boards and review boards as required

• Experience with working with Sub-Contractor SDRLs and SOWs. Handling the review and retention of supplier data

• Experience with electronic data vaulting and digital data handling

• Experience with reading and understanding DoD Contracts for Production and Development.

• Configuration / Data Management training, at least 1 years of experience, or equivalent knowledge of CM hardware/software/design work

• Experience with design and Product Data Management tools

• Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes

• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision

• Government or Military customer experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $58,200 - $111,600. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
