Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Configuration Management (CM) Analyst to support the Army Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program.
This position is hybrid requiring 2-3 days on site in Aberdeen, MD.
The PM PNT program provides administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T&E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services to the Army director PNT systems.
The SETA services provided to PM PNT shall support the planning, development, management, sustainment, and execution of the U.S. Army’s PNT portfolio. PM PNT provides coordinated PNT system of systems architecture and associated PNT products for the Army’s mounted and dismounted platforms. PM PNT is the Army’s lifecycle manager for the Mounted Assured PNT System (MAPS), Dismounted Assured PNT System (DAPS), Assured Protection and Alt Nav Technology Development; and the Resiliency and Software Assurance Measures (RSAM)., as well as any future PNT efforts in both the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Provide engineering and analytical support for Configuration Management operations for each program.Develop sections of Configuration Management Plans, analyze Configuration Management processes, conduct in-depth analysis, and develop measurements to monitor key phases of the Configuration Management process.Organize, conduct, and manage the internal Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) process. Develop essential CM related contractual requirements (SOW sections, CDRLs) in support of enforcement of CM principles between the PM and developers.Create and/or maintain product level official document repositories.Evaluate program artifacts and maintain and update a repository of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Request for Variances (RFVs) based on the results from CCBs.Support the conduct of Functional and Physical Configuration Audits.Support the conduct of engineering and technical assessments of program technical reviews. Education, Requirements and Qualifications An active DoD Secret level security clearance is required.A bachelor's degree in an applicable field with 7 years of applicable experience or a master's degree with 5 years of applicable experience.
Strong knowledge of configuration management Strong knowledge of Configuration Management principles (Mil Handbook 61B, GEIA 649-1 and 649C preferred.)Experience providing support to Army electronic equipment programs.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Possess strong technical writing expertise.Excellent interpersonal, time management and analytical skills.Well versed in all Microsoft Office suite of products.Must be capable of developing program documentation and briefings and able to coordinate the review/approval process.Experience with ACAT level programs is required. Remote work allowed. Travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD will be required on a regular bases.This position is hybrid requiring 2-3 days on site in Aberdeen, MD.
